Tim Jeffreys (Weseman) - “Real Estate Appraiser” has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1985. He was investing in Real Estate in the South San Jose Bay Area from 1985 to 1990 and then in the Central San Joaquin Valley up until 1999. In 2000, he acquired his California Real Estate Sales Agents license and was an agent in Madera County for four years. In 2004, Tim Jeffreys acquired his California Real Estate Appraiser license and is currently CEO/Appraiser of “All American Appraisal”, specializing in land, new construction, manufactured homes and residential appraisals. |
